Anthony joined Rawstron Johnson in 2015 from a regional multi-disciplinary practice where he was Head of Retail Agency. With nearly 20 years’ experience Anthony has a proven track record in completing numerous retail and leisure transactions for a broad range of clients including The Co-operative Group, Columbia Threadneedle, Estama, Bensons For Beds, Pret a Manger and Holland & Barrett.

Known for his enthusiasm and pragmatic approach Anthony provides on-going asset management and agency advice to landlords on shopping centres, High Streets and Retail Parks throughout the North of England.

With detailed knowledge of the retail property market Anthony also acts for a number of occupiers and is particularly skilled at finding innovative solutions for retailers seeking to dispose of onerous leases.
